Mrs. Tabassum Varma
Mrs. Tabassum Varma made her mark as the second lady Realtor in Pune, in 1982. She is also a member of NAR-India and EAAP. With over 40+ credible years of experience in Realty, she is today a highly reputed and recognized professional in the industry.
Mr. Ravi Varma
Mr. Ravi Varma has been instrumental in shaping high professional standards in Realty for over 35 years. He was President of the Estate Agents Association of Pune for 6 years (2003-09). He is presently the Chairman of the National Association of Realtors, India (NAR-INDIA) since the past 6 years, was the Vice Chairman for 3 years and President for a year. He is also on the Advisory Council of RERA as well as the Infrastructure Committee of Maratha Chamber of Commerce.

2011Wellingdon Estates
This marks our foray into development. Through this separate venture, we have delivered four successful projects in joint venture with Nyati Estate – Chesterfield, Ethos, Ebony, and Erica - a project of gated community bungalow plots spanning 19 acres is currently underway.

2006Land Acquisition
After achieving much success in residential real estate, we diversified into retail, IT, and other sectors as well, acquiring lands to create a land bank across NIBM Road, Undri, Mohammedwadi, Pisoli, Kharadi and Wagholi, Pune.

2002Facilitating Sales & Joint Ventures
For projects in Kalyani Nagar, Viman Nagar and across the city of Pune with leading names in real estate, including Panchshil, Vascon, Clover, Karia Builders, Graficon and ABIL, among others.

1996Corporate Projects
Facilitating the land/project sale of Nucleus Mall, the AXA project built at Boat Club, Symantec, Inox (Bund Garden, Pune), Bajaj Alliance, Pulse Mall, Hyatt Regency, and Gera 77 among many others.
